BKTB is a catalyst for high school students with the vision to lead, the curiosity to explore, and the drive to take their first step toward a successful career in business and finance. Designed for those who think beyond the classroom, this program offers the tools, resources, recommendations, connections, and certifications to help you achieve your goals and build a strong foundation for your future. If selected, you’ll join a group of like-minded peers and work closely with experienced mentors and industry professionals.

The program offers a unique blend of interactive lessons, hands-on projects, case studies, mentorship and opportunities aimed at bridging the gap between academic theory and practical application. You will develop professional skills such as financial analysis, investment strategies, and effective communication. By the end of the program, you will be ready to take on future academic challenges and launch a successful career in finance and business with confidence and clarity.

ELIGIBILITY

The program is open to ALL current high school students in the U.S. who demonstrate a strong interest in business, finance, or leadership, and show potential for growth in a fast-paced setting.

SELECTION PROCESS

This is a FREE program with limited capacity. Admissions are reviewed on a rolling basis. Selection is based on a written application and interview. We are looking for motivated students with a strong interest in business, finance, and students who thrive in a fast-paced learning environment.

Students will simulate an IPO for a real AI company introduced by AI+ guest speakers.

Learn how IPOs work using real AI companies as case studies.
Attend exclusive webinars hosted by AI+, introducing current AI industry trends and companies.
Work in a small team (3–4 students) to simulate an IPO for a selected AI company.
Build a pitch deck and present it in a mock IPO roadshow to investment bankers and get professional feedback.

A refundable deposit of $200 at the start of the program is required.

Withdrawal:
Within the first 3 days → Full refund ($200)
Within the first week → Partial refund ($125)
After the first week → No refund

Absences from webinars/workshops:
1 unexcused absence → Full refund + warning issued
2 unexcused absences → Partial refund ($150)
3 unexcused absences → Partial refund ($50)

More than 3 unexcused absences will lead to removal from the program with no refund. An unexcused absence from the final pitch day will not get a refund but can receive the certificate.
